1. Who we are
TrueGem ("we", "us") runs the TrueGem Telegram Mini App (@Truegem_bot), the TrueGem channel and the website truegem.space. This policy explains what we collect when you use them. You can contact us anytime at @Truegem_support_bot.
2. What we collect
From Telegram, when you open the app
- Your Telegram user ID, first and last name, username and profile photo link
- Your Telegram language setting and whether you have Telegram Premium
- Whether you allowed our bot to message you
- The link you used to open TrueGem the first time (for example an invite link or a campaign link)
From our hosting provider
- Your approximate country and timezone, which are determined from your connection. We store only these two values. We do not store your IP address or details about your internet or mobile provider.
From how you play
- Your Gem balance, check-ins and streaks, mining, completed tasks, Daily Code claims and card shares
- Which days you open the app
- Invites: who invited you, and who you invited
- Whether you are a member of our official channel (checked for channel tasks and the mining boost)
If you connect a TON wallet
- Your public wallet address. The connection happens inside your own wallet app through TON Connect. We never see, store or ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords.
If you contact support
- The messages and images you send to @Truegem_support_bot
3. How we use it
- To run the game: keeping your Gems, streaks, mining, tasks and invites working.
- To keep it fair: finding multiple accounts, bots and fake invites. Reviews may lead to Gems being removed or accounts being banned, as described in our Terms of Use.
- To send reminders: if you allow them, our bot may message you about a full mining storage or a streak about to end. At most 2 a day, never at night in your timezone. Every reminder has a button to turn them off.
- To improve TrueGem: understanding totals such as daily players, countries, languages and how many players return.
- For future rewards: if we run reward programs, your activity and fair play record may be used to decide eligibility.
- To answer support requests.
4. Who we share it with
- We don't sell your personal data.
- Service providers: Secure servers and database providers host our app. Telegram runs the platform the app lives on.
- Partners and advertisers only receive aggregated statistics that can't identify you, such as the share of players per country.
- Public blockchain: wallet addresses and NFT ownership on TON are public by design. That isn't something we control.
- When the law requires it: we may share information if we're legally required to.
5. What other players can see
Other players never see your Telegram ID. Invite links use a random code instead. If we launch public features such as a leaderboard, they will show your display name and your TrueGem public ID, never your Telegram ID.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is in use. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove your account data, except for the minimum we need to keep to stop cheating (for example, a record that an account was banned) or to meet legal obligations.
7. Your choices
- Turn bot reminders on or off in the app (Profile → Settings), or with the button under any reminder.
- Ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through @Truegem_support_bot.
- Stop using TrueGem at any time.
8. Children
TrueGem is not meant for children under 13. If the law in your country sets a higher age for using online services without a parent's consent, you need that consent. Connecting a wallet or receiving any on-chain reward requires you to be of legal age where you live.
9. Security
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure, and only the TrueGem team can access it. Every request to our servers is verified with Telegram's signature. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and collect as little as we can.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Important changes will also be announced in our channel @TrueGem_Official.
